Lovely Lilacs

                               Lilacs are one of my favorite bouquets

                            to pick from the garden and they are

                                just starting to bloom here, so I will be

                                picking lots of these babies for awhile.

                            They don't bloom long so I will take

                    lots of photos to enjoy all year.

                                                                              I love their beauty but also
                                                                              their sweet fragrance.

                                                                              We have many different lilacs in
                                                                               our garden and I am sure I will
                                                                               be sharing more of them.

                                                                      Not lilacs, but they caught my eye
                                                                      as I was photographing in the
                                                                      Gardener's Cottage. I made these
                                                                       pillows from Kath Kitson fabric
                                                                       I bought in Cambridge,England.

Romantic Pinks

                       Hello everyone,

                       On this bright sunny but cold winter

                   day I am enjoying being snug and

       warm indoors.

   With Valentine's Day almost

here I am all set to enjoy a

romantic pink tea time.

Celebrating Tea

                                                                           Hello everyone,

                                                              Hope you are having a good week.

                                                              We didn't get hit by the winter storm as
                                                              hard as expected but did get about 20 cm.
                                                              Schools and work was shut down for
                                                              most though so a little break in the middle
                                                              of the week.
                                                              Today, I thought I would share some pretty
                                                              pastel tea cups with you to celebrate
                                                              January as Hot Tea month.
                                                           

                                                                     So, pour yourself a cup of
                                                                     hot tea in your favorite tea cup
                                                                     and enjoy!
