The Color Purple

                   Hello everyone,

                               Today my theme is the color purple or at 

least shades there of.

                               The lupins are just stating to grow again

                                  here .....so many plants are poking up now.

                                       I am hoping they will spread around our pond

                           as they grow wild here in ditches etc..

                                                                          Delphiniums and clematis.

                                                                         Looking forward to the lilacs
                                                                         blooming in our garden.

                                                                              Phlox and beebalm.

                                                                            Lupines growing in the wild.

                                                                           We have lots of clematis in our
                                                                            garden to add beauty and height.

                                                                         For a softer shade of purple....
                                                                         an old handmade quilt.

                                                                              of lilacs.

                                                                                       Sensation lilac is so pretty!

                                                     Well, that is it for The Color Purple for today.

                                                               This is the time of year that I am a little starved
                                                               for color as I wait for the grass to turn green,
                                                               the trees to leaf out and of course the garden to
                                                               burst into color!
