Fall Favs

                                                                            Hello everyone,
                                                              It is another beautiful autumn day
                                                              here but we are expecting a heavy
                                                             downpour and windy for the next
                                                             couple of days.
                                                            I was looking through my files for
                                                            some of my previous fall photos
                                                            and picked out some of my favorites.

                                                                  with hot spiced apple cider.

                                                                 . I make spiced apple cider by adding a cinnamon stick,several whole cloves, a few cardamon pods and a few slices of an orange to apple cider..
I bring it to a boil and the simmer for an hour or more. Strain and serve....it is lovely in the fall and makes the house smell so good too!.

                                      Now,  I better get out to the garden and

                                 do a few things before the downpour

hits us.
